Enhanced Capabilities for Impeccable Client Service
Combined, the two respected accounting and consulting firms will be a premier organization with more than 400 staff members. Core practices will focus on tax and accounting, audit, technology consulting, litigation support, business valuation, fiscal and infrastructure consulting, trusts and estates, and private wealth services. The firm's service offerings extend to technology, healthcare, real estate, sports, entertainment and non-profit among other industries. The combined firm will have offices in Miami, New York, Baltimore, Boca Raton, Boulder, Chicago, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Valhalla and India. As a result, ERE will become MBAF-ERE CPAs, LLC, a division of MBAF.
The unification also offers expansion opportunities for affiliate consulting firms, Fiscal Management Associates, LLC (FMA) and Solutions@MBAF, LLC. FMA, an affiliate of ERE, focuses on business consulting services to the non-profit sector and has offices in Chicago and New York. It will provide synergy to MBAF's extensive non-profit accounting and auditing practice. In addition, Solutions@MBAF offers technology consulting services to organizations on a local and international level in networking and communications, software development and integration, business process automation, computer assurance and customer service solutions.
