Michael Moss, JD, CPA, is a director in the Tax and Accounting Department at MBAF-ERE CPAs, LLC (MBAF-ERE), a division of Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra, LLC. He has been in the accounting profession since 1984 and in the legal profession since 1990.

Michael has broad experience working with corporations, entrepreneurs, family offices, high net worth individuals, non-profit organizations and pension and profit sharing work. He specializes in corporate tax services, including planning, preparation, tax provisions, and IRS and state tax controversies representation. Michael is also familiar with the development and implementation of financial plans, annual budgets, income and estate planning and general ledger accounting.

Prior to joining MBAF ERE, Michael worked for several Big 4 firms before starting his solo practitioner practice. 
 
Michael is a certified public accountant in the states of New York and Georgia and is licensed to practice law in Connecticut, Florida and New York.
