Michael H. Ehrenpreis, CPA/CFF, is a principal in the Tax and Accounting Department at MBAF-ERE CPAs, LLC (MBAF ERE), a division of Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra, LLC. He has been in the public accounting profession since 1977.

Michael provides audit and tax consulting services to diverse closely held businesses and significant tax reduction strategies to clients who are U.S. exporters through the use of Extraterritorial Income Exclusion tax benefits and Interest Charge Domestic International Sales Corporation/IC-DISC structure. His clientele encompasses automotive dealerships, distribution, freight forwarding, healthcare, manufacturing, professional services, publishing, real estate and technology sectors.

In addition, Michael has experience in all aspects of tax planning for high net worth and high earning individuals, their families, and businesses, including tax minimization strategies, wealth transfer techniques, retirement planning, private foundations, and charitable giving. He also provides litigation consultation in a variety of financial investigations.
 
Michael provides litigation consulting services in the areas of economic damages, financial analysis, forensic accounting and bankruptcy.  His economic damages experience includes lost profits, personal injury and business interruptions.
