Melissa A. Mangual is Director of Human Resources at MBAF-ERE CPAs, LLC (MBAF ERE) and Fiscal Management Associates, LLC (FMA), divisions of Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra, LLC. Melissa has been a human resources specialist in the professional services arena since 1994.

Melissa is responsible for the human resource functions at MBAF ERE including compensation and benefit management, employee relations, organizational development and recruiting. Melissa is also responsible for developing and maintaining human resource strategies to attract and retain top level candidates.

Melissa is a senior human resource professional with proven managerial and generalist experience in consumer products, education, finance and litigation support. She proactively works with principals and staff providing leadership and support to all levels.
