Mark R. Thaw, CPA/ABV/CFF, CVA, is a principal in the Tax and Accounting Department at MBAF. Since 1969, Mark has been providing accounting, tax and financial planning, litigation support and valuation consulting services.

Throughout his distinguished accounting career, Mark has counseled a wide range of clients including automotive dealerships, banking, construction, hotel and leisure, professional services, real estate, cable, telecommunications and broadcasting and transportation industries.

A certified public accountant and certified valuation analyst, Mark has provided accounting and business consulting services across the country since 1969 advising clients in Florida, Texas, California, Colorado, New York, Massachusetts, Arizona, Louisiana, Connecticut, and the United States Virgin Islands.

Mark has extensive experience in expert witness testimony on a variety of matters and participated in numerous cases before Florida and Arizona courts, including the Bankruptcy Division of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is highly skilled in the areas of economic damage determination and insurance recovery, in addition to providing astute counsel as it relates to acquisitions and sales.
