Marc Taub

Marc Taub, CPA, is a principal in the Audit Department at MBAF-ERE CPAs, LLC (MBAF ERE), a division of Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra, LLC. He has been with the firm since 1991 and was elected to partnership in 1996.

Marc has more than 25 years of experience servicing numerous entities in the independent and business sectors, including clients in advertising, commercial real estate, financial services, garment industry, manufacturing, professional services, publishing and technology industries, as well as residential condominiums and co-ops and non-profit organizations. In addition, Marc has worked with ESOPS and broker-dealers. He is a hands-on fiscal and business advisor with a comprehensive knowledge of the financial requirements of closely held businesses, as well as the financial and estate planning issues relevant to owners and executives on their management teams.  In addition to providing business assurance, audit and tax consulting services, he helps clients establish credit and working capital and guides them through the budgeting and cash flow management processes.
 
Marc leads MBAF ERE's Non-Profit Group and coordinates the planning and administration of engagements, with a particular focus on infrastructure, reporting, and compliance issues. Marc's extensive expertise with non-profit entities encompasses audits in compliance with GAAS and OMB A-133 requirements in accordance with Government Auditing Standards (the Yellow Book), as well as assurance, tax compliance, and management advisory services.

Marc is a certified public accountant in the states of New York, Connecticut and New Jersey.
