Juan Gutierrez

Juan C. Gutierrez is Director of Human Resources at MBAF, one of the top 40 accounting firms in the nation, the largest Florida-based accounting firm in the state and fifth in the Atlantic Southeast.

In this position, Juan is responsible for the human resource functions at MBAF including professional development, compensation and benefits, recruiting efforts and employee relations. Juan is also responsible for developing and maintaining human resource strategies to attract and retain top level employment candidates.

Juan is a senior human resource professional with proven managerial and generalist experience in technology, financial, healthcare and transportation industries for both international and domestic organizations. He effectively works with partners and senior management providing leadership and support at all levels of employment.

Juan is fluent in Spanish.
