Jeffrey Blinn, CPA, JD, is a principal in the Tax and Accounting Department at MBAF and is in charge of the firm's International Tax Practice.

Jeffrey concentrates on planning for, and reporting of, cross-border taxation of income of U.S. and non-U.S. enterprises and individuals, as well as their personal property, real estate and intangible assets. He provides comprehensive pre-immigration income and estate and gift tax planning and reporting across generational lines for wealthy foreign individuals, and real estate investments in the United States. Jeffrey also specializes in planning and reporting for foreign passive and business investments by U.S. based enterprises and individuals.

Previously with a Big Four accounting firm, Jeffrey leads various phases of tax practice including planning, compliance, tax accounting, and audits with emphasis on beneficial treasury and net income impacts. He also served as a senior tax attorney for Shell Oil Company and brings a wealth of international legal experience to MBAF.

Jeffrey is a licensed certified public accountant in Florida and Texas and a member of the District of Columbia, New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
