Erick R. Wendelken, CPA, is a director in the Tax and Accounting Department at MBAF.

Erick brings more than eight years of experience. He has been involved in various aspects of tax services for domestic and international clients. He has experience with the tax aspects of both individuals and of corporations.  He handles both domestic tax and international tax.

Erick has particular expertise in services for real estate investors and developers and has worked with foreign owners of United States real property. He also has experience with consulting and compliance services for cost segregation studies for properties valued between $500,000 to $450,000,000. In addition, Erick works with real property like-kind exchanges.
