MBAF Becomes Florida's Largest Public Accounting Firm

Firm Ranked Top 10 in Region, 51st in the Nation

Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra, LLP (MBAF) took the number one position in INSIDE Public Accounting's (IPA) rankings of Florida's independent accounting firms. Additionally, the firm entered the top 10 in the Atlantic/Southeast region and jumped 11 places from last year to rank 51^st in the nation.

Published annually, the IPA 100 is the profession's most accurate listing of the nation's 100 largest accounting firms based on fiscal performance. In 2006, more than 300 firms participated in the IPA 100, the longest running and most comprehensive independent analysis focusing on the management and operations of America's large local, regional and national firms.

The firm assumed the top spot based on 2006 net revenues of more than $37 million, a 27% increase from 2005, exceeding the Top 100 average industry growth rate of 16.5%.
