Freeman, Buczyner & Gero Join Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra, LLP

Miami -December 15, 2006 - Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra, LLP, the largest Florida-based public accounting firm in the State, announced today that the entire staff of Freeman, Buczyner & Gero have joined the firm. FBG partners Alan L. Freeman and Jacqueline Gero will join as partners of MBAF.

Alan Freeman brings with him more than 35 years of experience in the public accounting industry. He has a strong background in income tax planning, auditing, accounting and business consulting services. As name partner of FBG, Freeman oversaw several large accounts in various industries, with an emphasis in tax planning.

Freeman is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA); he has been   a discussion leader for FICPA's continuing education courses. His civic involvement includes serving as member of various boards, including Allstate Financial Corporation (NASDAQ) and The Hemisphere National Bank. He has also served as board member and treasurer for several organizations and is a member of the Young Presidents of Mt Sinai Hospital.

Jacqueline Gero has over 25 years of experience in the industry, specializing in corporate, individual, international and partnership tax planning with an emphasis on real estate acquisition, professional associations and closely-held companies. Gero is a member of both the FICPA and AICPA and has served as President of the Dade County Chapter of the FICPA and as Audit Committee Chairperson of the Florida Federation of Business & Women's Club. Most recently, she spoke at the University of Miami's Accounting Conference and the Dade County Tax Conference.
