Lamar J. Lewis-Sutton Elected President Of The Greater Miami-South Florida Chapter Of The National Association Of Black Accountants

MIAMI - June 18, 2003 - Lamar J. Lewis-Sutton, a senior auditor with the accounting and management consulting firm Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Company LLP, was elected president of the Greater Miami-South Florida chapter of the National Association of Black Accountants. NABA is a nationwide professional association with the primary purpose of developing, encouraging and serving as a resource for greater participation by African-Americans and other minorities in the accounting and finance professions.

A member of the Assurance Services Department, Lewis-Sutton conducts external audits of corporations, prepares financial statements for clients, and creates and analyzes financial records for a variety of businesses. He also works with the firm's litigation support team, assisting in expert witness preparation for depositions and trials.

A graduate of Florida International University with a bachelor's degree in accounting and marketing, Lewis-Sutton completed his master's of taxation from NOVA Southeastern University. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
