Ronald Finkelstein, CPA, Speaks At National AICPA Healthcare Conference, Addresses Stark Compliance And Physician Compensation

MIAMI - December 8, 2003 - Ronald Finkelstein, CPA, a partner with the accounting and management consulting firm Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra, LLP, was a featured speaker at the National Healthcare Industry Conference hosted by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Las Vegas, Nevada, on November 13-14, 2003. Entitled "Stark Compliance Update," his seminar addressed how physician group practices and hospitals can structure their compensation and other financial arrangements to comply with the Stark Law's safe harbors.

Based in the firm's Fort Lauderdale office, Finkelstein leads MBAF's Health Care Services Group, which focuses on helping physician group practices and other health care providers reach their financial objectives and identify opportunities for expansion.
