MBAF Promotes Rosamaria De Velasco Bravo and Adam Spiegel to Director

MIAMI - June 14, 2004 - Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra, LLP, a Miami-based accounting and management-consulting firm, announced today the promotion of Rosamaria Develasco Bravo, CPA, to director in the Tax Consulting Department and Adam Spiegel, CPA, to director in the Accounting and Small Business Advisory Department.

Bravo joined Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra in 1996, and has worked on several aspects of tax services for both businesses and individuals, particularly focusing on the retail automotive and real estate industries. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master of science degree in taxation from Florida International University. Bravo is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Leadership Miami, sponsored by the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.

Spiegel joined Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra in 1993, where his career has encompassed a wide range of accounting and tax services, with a focus on real estate, hotels, small businesses and high net worth individuals. He holds a bachelor's of science degree in business administration from the University of Hartford in Connecticut and is currently pursuing a master's degree in accounting information systems from Florida International University. He is a certified public accountant and member of the AICPA, the FICPA, the Young Leaders Society of the United Way, and Leadership Miami, sponsored by the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.
