South Florida's Prestigious Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra, LLP, Celebrates 35 Years in Business

MIAMI - October 8, 2004 - Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra, LLP, a Miami-based accounting and management consulting firm, recently marked its 35th year in business. Founded in 1969, the firm is currently home to approximately 145 employees across its three offices in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Boulder, Colorado.

Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra also celebrated this month its first anniversary since joining forces with Fort Lauderdale CPA firm Peed, Koross & Finkelstein, PA, and establishing its Broward office.

"Our success over the past 35 years is the result of responsible business practices, excellent relationships with our clients, and the dedication of our staff," says Tony Argiz, CPA, managing partner of Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra. Ranked on Public Accounting Report's list of America's 100 largest Public Accounting Firms, Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra is a seven-time honoree on the Bowman's Accounting Report Best of the Best, which recognizes the nation's top 25 performing independent CPA firms. "In 1969, we were a small Miami firm with just 12 people offering general accounting, tax consulting and auditing services," recalls founding partner Al Morrison, CPA. During the firm's anniversary celebration, held at its Brickell offices on October 1, 41 employees were recognized for their years of extended service and contribution to the firm.
