Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra, LLP, Taps Viresh Dayal to Lead its Litigation Support Department and Promotes Daniel Flugrath to Director

MIAMI - December 15, 2004 - Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra, LLP, a Miami-based accounting and management consulting firm, announced today the appointment of Director Viresh Dayal, CPA, ABV, CFE, CVA, CIRA, to head of the firm's Litigation Support Department and the promotion of Daniel Flugrath, CPA, CFP, to director in the Tax Department.

As head of the firm's Litigation Support Department, Dayal brings a depth of experience in the fields of forensic investigations, business valuations, business reorganization and dispute resolution. He is skilled in assisting counsel develop litigation strategies involving accounting, tax, investigative and valuation issues. Highly credentialed, Dayal is a certified public accountant, certified fraud examiner, certified insolvency and restructuring advisor, certified valuation analyst, and accredited in business valuations. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Delhi, India, and became a chartered accountant in England and Wales.

Based in the MBAF's Miami office, Flugrath has more than 20 years of experience providing tax planning, consulting, capital formation, and business advisory services for a variety of industries, including automobile dealerships, financial institutions, law firms and real estate enterprises. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of CPAs, the Institute of Certified Financial Planners, and the Greater Miami Tax Institute. Flugrath received his bachelor's degree in accounting from Florida International University.
