| MIAMI - July 27, 2005 - Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra, LLP, a Florida-based accounting and management consulting firm, announced the addition of Marylou Ladaga as human resources manager. She will be responsible for all aspects of the firm's employee relations, including consulting on compensation, benefits, training and meeting OSHA and Worker's Compensation requirements. Ladaga has more than 10 years experience in the human resources field, where she has been responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state and OSHA requirements, has developed and implemented vital programs and has ensured staffing accuracy and confidentiality for several companies. She served as a Human Resource Specialist for Prosource Distribution Services/Ameriserve for five years before joining Cargo Service Center/KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, where she served as a Human Resource Generalist for an additional three years. Most recently, Ladaga served as Human Resources Manager at KIRA Incorporated. There, she was called upon to strategize and reorganize the Human Resources Department. In restructuring the Department, she established their New Hire Orientation program and developed and formalized a performance review program. Ladaga would also oversee internal investigations regarding discrimination and harassment charges. In addition, she has received many certificates for completion of programs such as Train the Trainer certifications for three separate programs and a Pursuing PHR certification from Barry University. She holds affiliations with the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, Professional Housing Maintenance Association, Contract Services Association of America and a member of the Society of Human Resources Management.
