Viresh Dayal, CPA/ABV, CIRA, CFE, CVA, heads the Litigation Support and Business Valuation Department at Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra, LLP. He uses his experience to aid clients in the areas of forensic investigations, business valuations, business reorganization and dispute resolution. Viresh also assists counsel in developing litigation strategy involving accounting, tax, investigative and valuation issues.
A certified public accountant and accredited by the AICPA in business valuations, Viresh has served as chief financial officer of a multinational technology company and was previously with a big-four accounting firm, having worked in both its Miami and London offices. He has practiced in a broad range of industries including the retail, manufacturing, transportation, real estate, construction, wholesale trade, health care, leisure, and technology industries.
In addition, Viresh is a certified fraud examiner, a certified valuation analyst, and a certified insolvency and restructuring advisor. He has authored numerous articles and also served on the Florida Bar Grievance Committee and the FICPA Task Force.
Viresh received his bachelor's degree from the University of Delhi, India, and became a chartered accountant in England and Wales.
