Phillip S. Sroka, CPA, is a partner in the Tax and Accounting Department at Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra, LLP. Prior to joining MBAF in 2000, he was a principal at a Miami-based tax boutique.
Phillip has more than 20 years of experience working with closely held businesses and an in depth knowledge of the manufacturing, real estate, retail and professional services industries.
Among his responsibiilities is managing client services for the firms small business and entrepreneurial clients. In addition, he is spearheading MBAs growing ElderCare Services practice.
Phillip is a member of the AICPA and the FICPA and a certified public accountant in Florida. He is also an ElderCare Services committee member with the FICPA.
Phillip earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Iowa's Drake University.
