Raul Incera, CPA, is a partner in the Tax and Accounting Department of Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra, LLP.
Raul focuses his practice on international tax services with an emphasis on financial institutions. He has an exceptional depth of knowledge in cross-border transactions and investments, income tax treaties and foreign tax credits.
Raul has more than 16 years of experience providing extensive services to entities in the financial services industry, including international and domestic banks, broker-dealers, and investment funds. His practice focuses on advising clients regarding the taxation of foreign investments in the United States and on U.S. investments abroad.
He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the Florida International Bankers Association and the Institute of International Bankers. Raul is also a volunteer with both the Southwest YMCA and with the South Miami Youth Baseball League. Raul is a finalist of the South Florida Business Journal 2006 Up & Comers Award..
A graduate of the University of Miami with a bachelors degree in business administration, Raul completed his masters of science in taxation from Florida International University.
