Menachem Memorial Award at the State of Israel Bonds' 21st Annual CPA-Attorney Continuing Education Seminar and Dinner. Brown also chaired the event and MBAF was a Silver Sponsor.  

Each year Miami-Dade/Broward County State of Israel Bonds, in participation with the Florida Association of Attorney-CPAs and the Broward County Bar Association, holds this professional development event for CPAs and attorneys within South Florida.
