The foundation of any expert is their level and depth of knowledge. MBAF supports staff that works to obtain their licenses including but not limited to Certified Public Accountant, Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor (CIRA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). The firm covers the costs of memberships in AICPA and FICPA.
Recognition
The firm recognizes outstanding performance internally through various mechanisms and also supports its staff in outside events sponsored by industry, media, universities, and community organizations.

Continued Professional Education
The firm will sponsor opportunities to attend seminars in marketing, sales, leadership, and management in addition to technical classes in audit, tax and accounting.
Technology
We see technology as providing the competitive advantage for our everyday business. Our staff is provided with the latest technology including wireless communications and specific training in its use. We developed PaperSaveR, , an award-wining, nationally distributed document imaging and storage product, and use it to significantly save time and reduce costs in our work. In fact, we converted the file room to our training room.
Career Path
MBAF encourages rapid career growth. The only limit to how much you can accomplish is your desire to grow. Many of our firm's partners and members of the management team started as staff accountants.
Evaluation
Every member of our staff has specific written annual goals and evaluations. This rigorous system provides each manager an objective tool for measuring results and progress and each staff a fair and comprehensive evaluation.
Incentive Bonuses
Each member of our staff is eligible for bonus based on performance as reflected in their evaluation. In addition, there is a specific compensation bonus for new business brought into the firm for which everyone (other than Partner) is eligible.
As the fiftieth largest independent public accounting firm in the nation and the largest in Florida, MBAF has developed a very strong practice with plenty of opportunities for interested accounting professionals in Audit, Accounting Services, and Tax.
