MBAF seeks to recruit the best staff nationally.
We currently have offices in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Orlando, Baltimore and Boulder. We seek candidates interested in joining a robust, energetic and fast growing firm. Our professionals come from Florida International University and the University of Miami, Penn State and University of Florida, Harvard Graduate Business School and New York University, J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management from Northwestern University and State University of New York at Binghampton, Florida Atlantic University and the University of Maryland, University of Hartford in Connecticut and Dickinson College in Pennsylvania, American University and Georgetown Univeristy Law Center, University of Delhi, India and Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.

University Hiring Process:
The firm actively participates with the Career Placement Offices, Career Fairs of many universities. We also conduct on-campus presentations and participate in community events at all the local universities and several regional ones. We also welcome your resume and application during the rest of the year.
The Career Placement Offices are apprised of our policies and open positions and have an active relationship with our firm. At the Career Fairs we are able to display our booth, give valuable information on our firm and meet the students interested in working with us. At that time we have our skilled professionals do a brief pre-screening interview. Of those resumes we select at the Career Fairs, we arrange office visits for the students. Office visits are about a four hour process where the student interviews with a partner, a manager and has lunch with one senior and/or staff member of the firm. After all the office visits conclude, the recruiting team extend offers to the chosen candidates.
