One of the founders of Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra, Al Morrison has served as the firm's chairman since 1971 and now serves as Of Counsel. Al has more than 45 years of experience in the accounting profession.
Within the firm, Al ensures that the needs of clients are met well beyond the scope of an engagement. His experience and knowledge with a distinguished and broad range of clients has earned Al a well-respected reputation in the accounting profession.
In addition to his role at MBAF, Al currently serves on the board of directors for Heico Inc., Logic Devices Inc., and Florida International University.
Al is an active member of the South Florida business community, serving as the chairman of the Dade County Industrial Development Authority and various committees of Florida International University Board of Directors.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
A graduate of the University of Miami with a bachelor degree in business administration, Al has been a certified public accountant since 1961.
